After exciting finishes at the 2012 Tour de France and 2012 Olympic cycling events during recent weeks, it’s time to cheer on world-class cyclists as they take on the toughest road race in the United States – the USA Pro Cycling Challenge.

Breckenridge & Colorado Springs

The Challenge is a seven-day cycling event that tests the ability of some of the best cyclists in the world on a course that changes in elevation by 2 miles. Beginning on August 20, 2012,  Stage 1 of the race kicks off in Durango. At Stage 5 on August 24, 2012 cyclists begin in Breckenridge and round out the day in Colorado Springs, just a short distance from the Cheyenne Mountain Resort!

Watch the world's best cyclists compete for a victory in this rugged and dynamic road race. See Taylor Phinney, fresh off his impressive fourth place finishes in both the Olympic time trial and road race compete to upset Chris Horner who will look to defend his 2011 USA Pro Cycling Challenge title!
