July 6 & 8, 2012
Pikes Peak International Hill Climb Fan Fest & Race Day
The second oldest race in the U.S. kicks off festivities during the free, pre-race festival on July 6. Festival goers can enjoy a chili cook-off, great food, entertainment and more. On July 8, the 90th Annual Pikes Peak International Hill Climb will take racers to the 14,110 foot summit of Pikes Peak!
July 11 – 14, 2012
Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo
Watch incredible showmen and stunt riders as they trot throughout downtown Colorado Springs at the kick off parade. After the parade, sit back and be amazed as hundreds of talented rides from throughout the county compete for over $200,000 in prize money at the 72nd Annual Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo.
July 20 – 22 & 27 – 29, 2012
Rocky Mountain State Games
Join in the 2012 Rocky Mountain State Games, a multi-sport festival featuring 35 sporting events ranging from field hockey to judo to a triathlon and more! Events take place at venues throughout Colorado Springs.
