Frontier Airlines launching Non Stop Flights from Colorado Springs to LA, Phoenix, Seattle & Portland!

Great news for travelers this past week when Frontier Airlines announced it will launch nonstop flights in May from Colorado Springs to Los Angeles, Phoenix, Seattle  and Portland, Ore., the largest expansion of air service in Colorado Springs in more than a decade!

“Passengers will no longer have to drive or fly to Denver to get our low fares,” Daniel Shurz, a Frontier senior vice president, said during an interview after the flights were announced. Frontier began service in Colorado Springs with flights to Denver nearly four years ago.

NEW FLIGHTS AT A GLANCE:

Frontier will launch daily nonstop flights May 18 between Colorado Springs and Phoenix, nonstop flights between the Springs and Los Angeles six days a week and nonstop flights to Seattle four days a week. The carrier will begin nonstop flights three days a week to Portland on May 20. Both the Portland and Seattle flights are seasonal, ending Sept. 16 and resuming in May 2013.  Frontier is offering introductory one-way fares, which include taxes and fees, of $49 to Phoenix, $69 to Los Angeles and $89 to Portland and Seattle.
